Top Notch Home Inspections is a fast-growing, multi-inspector property inspection firm on the Big Island of Hawaii. We are looking for the right candidate to become our Weekend Scheduler & Client Support. This person will manage the day-to-day office and scheduling tasks listed below and work closely with the office manager to ensure smooth and effective business operations. The ideal candidate will have intentions of a long-term position within the company. **Once training is complete, this is a work-from-home, virtual office position.

Compensation will increase as you are able to perform tasks described in each level. After the first 90 days and showing ability to perform well compensation will be increased to $18 per hour. Training $15/Hour for ~1 Month
Answering and Returning Phone Calls Inputting, Scheduling, Canceling and Deleting Inspections Basic Understanding of Spectora Software Basic Understanding of the Scheduling Process and Calendar Processing Refunds Email Inbox Management and Execution Preparing and Sending Quotes Daily Communication with Inspectors When Needed Working Knowledge of Services with Ability to Sell and Explain When Needed. Basic Sales Strategy Understanding Modifying Existing Inspection Details (add-ons, changes, etc.) Weekly Access Instructions Basic Understanding of the Inspection Process Scheduling and Pricing Re-Inspections and Creating Templates Uploading Mold and Asbestos Reports Escrow Billing
$15 per hour, 23 hours per week, Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Saturday & Sunday 9 AM – 4 PM Benefits
After 1 year of employment - 1 week per year of paid time off. After 3 years of employment - 2 weeks per year of paid time off. HMSA Health Insurance Available After 4 Weeks of Full-Time Employment. The employee is covered 100%. Dental Insurance Available After 4 Weeks of Full-Time Employment. The employee is covered 100%. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
