Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care BuxMont, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. By working on-site in various homes in Bucks & Montgomery Counties, you’ll have the flexibility to engage directly with those you care for while earning guaranteed pay on the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover available shifts as needed on weekends while receiving a GUARANTEED minimum daily rate.
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic nutrition needs.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following:

• Dependability and strong organizational skills.
• Compassion and empathy towards clients.
• Reliable transportation of your own and the willingness to drive.
• Experience in caregiving or similar roles is a must.
