POSITION SUMMARY:

Weekend & Early Mornings Caregiver Needed Now | Starting Pay $15/hr + Bonuses | Milwaukee Location We are actively hiring dependable bilingual home caregivers for consistent weekend schedules with additional shifts available Thursday, Friday, and alternating weekends from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Competitive pay with lucrative bonuses included. Overview & Pay

• Base pay: Starting at $15 per hour
• Bonus: Extra $8 per hour for 2-3 hour qualifying shifts
• $100 bonus awarded for every 100 hours worked
• Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5 times base rate
• Paid Time Off accrual available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and compassionate personal and in-home care
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and medication reminders
• Ensure safety and use transfer aids such as Gait Belts and Hoyer Lifts
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Drive client using your dependable vehicle for appointments and errands
• Communicate effectively in Spanish as preferred by client

Requirements

• Minimum one year professional caregiving experience (non-family)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work weekend shifts & morning shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and alternating weekends 8a-10a
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Dementia or memory care work experience
• Experience with medical transfer equipment and safe client transportation
• Previous work involving Spanish-speaking clients
