Weekend Days Manufacturing Operator - Northfield

Job Location: In-Person, $22.80-$24/Hour, 1st Shift,12 Hour Shift (am),Full-Time, Friday-Sunday Our client is a well-established manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality products and fostering employee development. They are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for knitting and finishing processes
• Perform quality inspections on raw and finished products, identifying and reporting defects
• Rotate through various production roles as training progresses
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols

Your skills and experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills for inventory and communication tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
