As a Screener at a food and beverage location, you will help create a welcoming environment by monitoring access points, screening visitors and deliveries, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with team members and guests, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Day Time Mon 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Tue 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals, deliveries, and authorized items entering designated areas in accordance with site requirements; report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted operational, storage, and employee-only areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, loading zones, and the perimeter; document observations and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
