Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to our residents. You will collaborate with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members, including healthcare providers, to plan, execute, and review care. You will demonstrate your nursing expertise and abide by age-appropriate standards in your clinical setting. Responsibilities include:

• Providing care in all areas of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating resident care, conducting assessments, and offering educational support.
• Delivering various nursing interventions as needed.
• Possible duties as charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff based on their competencies and care needs.
• Ensuring safe, reliable delivery of resident care by supporting those you delegate.

You will adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules to ensure compliance with nursing standards. • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred, ideally with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications relevant to your department.
