Nursing Assistant Job Description Starting at $18.25/hour plus Baylor Pay Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working weekend doubles! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients. Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Take vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration; accurately document findings using Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, PointClickCare.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions and any changes observed.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a CNA or in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility or home care is highly preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.

License/Certification

• CNA Certification (Required)
