Position Overview Job Type: Full-time, Solo Company Driver Home Time: Every weekend for a full 48 hours real home weekends position Equipment: Take the truck and trailer home Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight, Full Truckload, Dry Van Operating Area: Entire network (heavy Midwest, occasional Northeast/Southeast) No-Go Zones: No NYC, Canada, or Mexico Why Join Our Fleet? Hiring Areas

You must live within:

• Illinois/Indiana: Within 75 miles of Chicago or Indianapolis
• Kentucky: Within 50 miles of Louisville
• Michigan: Within 50 miles of Detroit or Grand Rapids
• Ohio: Anywhere in the entire state

Pay Rates (Based on Experience) We pay accurate Practical Mileage.

With Hazmat Endorsement:

• 30+ Months Experience: $0.74 per mile
• 8–29 Months Experience: $0.72 per mile

Without Hazmat Endorsement:

• 30+ Months Experience: $0.72 - $0.78 per mile
• 8–29 Months Experience: $0.70 - $0.78 per mile

Sign-On & Transition Bonuses

Choose one limited-time option upon hire:

• Option 1 (Clean Safety Record):
• $1,575 (Hazmat) or $1,400 (No Hazmat) initial transition bonus
• Paid Time Off + Paid Orientation
• Additional $650 after 30 days
• Option 2:
• $1,125 initial transition bonus
• Paid Orientation

Extra Pay & Bonuses

• Band Pay: Extra cash for short hauls ($35 for 0-100 miles / $25 for 101-400 miles)
• Detention Pay: Kicks in after only 1 hour
• CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $925 or $750 + 8 hours PTO every 90 days
• On-Road Safety Bonus: $650 every 90 days
• Hazmat Premium: Extra pay per mile when hauling placarded loads (
