• Provide daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Facilitate fun home and community activities for individuals.
• Teach skills and coach individuals for the purpose of increasing independence.
• Assist individuals with maintaining a clean and healthy home environment.

Direct Service Associate Position Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Drivers License with less than 6 points.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Experience is preferred, but not required. Training is provided.
